Obverse description	Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Septimius Severus facing right, depicted from the rear in three-quarter view, a characteristic convention of certain provincial issues. The imperial effigy is rendered in typical Severan style, conveying military authority through the cuirass. The encircling legend in Greek characters occupies the obverse field around the portrait.

Reverse description	Zeus Osogōllis, the principal deity of Mylasa, depicted standing facing front in a radiate crown, his divine status emphasized by the nimbus of rays. In his right hand he holds a trident resting upon a crab — a symbol connecting the god to the sea and to local civic identity — while his left hand grasps an eagle, the traditional attribute of Zeus. The reverse legend in Greek identifying the issuing city arcs around the central figure.
