| Beschrijving keerzijde | Tetrastyle temple with a triangular pediment surmounting an entablature supported by four columns set on a raised podium with stepped stylobate, rendered in a frontal perspective. Within the intercolumniation, Zeus is depicted seated to the left upon a throne, holding what appears to be a sceptre; the overall composition is characteristic of civic cult imagery on Phrygian provincial bronzes. The reverse field and exergue are occupied by the magistrate's titulature in Greek. Encrustation partially obscures the finer architectural details of the columns and pediment decoration. |
