Beschrijving voorzijde Draped bust of Otacilia Severa, diademed, facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Bithynian civic coinage of the mid-third century AD. The effigy is encircled by a Greek legend reading ΜΑΡΚΙΑ ΟΤΑΚΙ ϹΕΟΥΗΡΑ ΑΥΓ, identifying the empress as Marcia Otacilia Severa Augusta. The surface displays characteristic green and brown patination consistent with prolonged burial, with the portrait retaining sufficient relief to identify the imperial subject. The flan is slightly irregular, as is common for provincially struck bronze issues of this period.

Beschrijving keerzijde Athena rendered in full figure, striding vigorously to the right in the field, wearing a crested helmet and long chiton, holding a spear in her raised right hand and a large round shield in her left. The civic legend ΝΙΚΑΙΕΩΝ encircles the type, identifying the issuing city of Nicaea. The reverse fabric is slightly worn and encrusted, though the composition and main iconographic elements of the goddess remain clearly distinguishable. The depiction of Athena as a martial, advancing figure reflects the city's strong traditional association with the goddess as a civic protectress.
