| Obverse description | Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, her hair elaborately dressed and piled on the crown of the head in the characteristic coiffure of the Antonine period, with wavy locks framing the face. The empress is depicted with diadem, the drapery visible at the truncation of the shoulder.
