Obverse description Draped bust of Crispina, wife of Commodus and Augusta, facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed and bound with a diadem or stephane, depicted in the conventional provincial portrait style of the Antonine period. The effigy is rendered in moderate relief characteristic of Lydian civic bronze coinage. The encircling Greek legend names the empress in the nominative case.
