Reverse description Nike, the winged goddess of Victory, advances to the left in full figure, clad in a long chiton with outspread wings rendered in fine detail. She extends her right hand forward holding a wreath and carries a palm branch in her left hand. In the upper left field, a basket (kalathos) is depicted as a civic symbol. The surrounding Greek legend identifies the issuing city of Cibyra and records the local era date of year 219.
