| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing left, with a shield visible behind the shoulder, rendered in the provincial Greek style. The imperial effigy is portrayed with characteristic third-century Roman military attributes. The obverse legend is disposed in a circular arrangement around the bust within a beaded border. The portrait displays the emperor in heroic military guise befitting a Roman provincial bronze issue of the Cyzicene mint. |

| Reverse description | Central design depicting two flaming torches entwined by serpents, flanking a lighted altar between them, all set within a wreath border. The composition is a well-known Cyzicene religious motif associated with the city's neocorate status and its cultic traditions. The reverse legend, arranged in the exergue and field, references the local strategos and proclaims Cyzicus as a twice-neocorate city. The imagery reflects the civic pride and religious significance of Cyzicus as a prominent center of the imperial cult in Asia Minor. |
