Obverse description Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, with short beard, the radiate crown rendered with pointed spikes. The emperor's effigy is depicted in the provincial style characteristic of Bithynian coinage of the Severan period. The circular legend surrounds the bust within a beaded border.

Reverse description Nemesis standing left, clad in long chiton, raising a fold of her garment at the neckline with her right hand in the characteristic gesture of the goddess, and holding a cubit rule (measuring rod) in her lowered left hand. At her feet to the left, a wheel — the traditional attribute of Nemesis symbolizing Fortune's turning. The reverse legend is inscribed in the field around the figure.
