| Obverse description | Bare-headed bust of Emperor Antoninus Pius, draped with paludamentum, facing right and seen from the front, presented in the provincial Greek style typical of Mysian civic coinage. The imperial effigy displays restrained portraiture consistent with early Antonine convention. The surrounding field carries the Greek imperial titulature legend. The flan is slightly irregular, characteristic of provincially struck bronze coinage of the mid-second century AD. |

| Reverse description | The eponymous hero Kyzikos depicted standing, turned to the left, nude save for a chlamys draped over his left shoulder, holding a long spear in his left hand. The figure is rendered in the classical heroic tradition common to Mysian civic bronzes, occupying the central field with the encircling Greek legend naming the city and its neokorate status. The type celebrates Cyzicus as a city honoured with the title of neokoros, guardian of an imperial cult temple. The coin surface shows typical provincial patination with some surface roughness consistent with circulation wear. |
