Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Vitellius facing right, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style with characteristic broad facial features. The portrait is set within a circular field bordered by a partial Greek legend. The flan is irregular with several notches along the rim, and the surfaces show significant wear consistent with circulation and long burial patination.

Reverse description Draped bust of the goddess Isis facing right, surmounted by the distinctive Isis crown comprising a solar disc flanked by cow horns and topped with double plumes, rendered in the Alexandrian religious tradition. The field is flat and heavily patinated, with the design partially obscured by encrustation and flan irregularities. The regnal year legend appears in the field to the left of the bust.
