Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right, portrayed three-quarter from the rear, with curly hair beneath the laurel wreath. The emperor's paludamentum and cuirass are visible at the shoulder. The encircling Greek legend reads partially around the periphery of the flan. The portraiture reflects the provincial workshop style of mid-third-century Asia Minor.

Reverse description Four-line inscription ΚΥΖΙΚΗΝΩΝ ΝΕΟΚΟΡΩΝ, denoting the neocorate status of Cyzicus, set within a neatly rendered laurel wreath tied at the base with a small x-shaped knot. The wreath fronds are arranged symmetrically around the central legend, filling the entire reverse field. The neocorate title reflects the city's prestigious role as a centre of imperial cult in the province of Asia.
