| Obverse description | Laureate, draped bust of Caracalla facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Bithynian civic coinage. The effigy displays the emperor's characteristic youthful features, with the laurel wreath clearly articulated along the crown of the head. A Greek imperial titulature legend encircles the bust within the field, reading from upper left around the periphery. The flan is irregular and the surfaces bear patination consistent with heavy circulation. |
