| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Philip II facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the rear, a presentation style characteristic of later Severan and Philippian provincial coinage. The radiate crown with diverging spikes is clearly rendered above the imperial effigy. The paludamentum is visible over the cuirass. The Greek imperial titulature legend surrounds the bust in the field. |
