| Obverse description | Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, with elaborately coiffed hair arranged in waves drawn back to a bun at the nape, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Mysian civic coinage. The portrait is executed in moderately high relief against a flat field. The surrounding legend reads ΦΑΥϹΤΕΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ, distributed around the periphery of the flan. The coin shows considerable wear and encrustation consistent with extended circulation. |
