| Obverse description | Bare-headed, three-quarter-length bust of Antinous facing right, rendered in the idealised Hellenistic portrait tradition characteristic of his posthumous coinage. The figure displays the distinctive youthful physiognomy associated with Antinous — full, wavy hair and softly modelled features — truncated at the lower chest. The legend ΒΕΤΟΥΡΙΟϹ, naming the local magistrate Veturius, appears in the field, serving as the issuing authority's signature on this provincial bronze issue. |

| Reverse description | A horse prancing vigorously to the right occupies the central field, rendered in profile with forelegs raised in animated motion, its musculature and flowing mane conveyed with economy typical of provincial bronze die-cutting. The Greek legend ΤΟΙϹ ΑΡΚΑϹΙ is disposed around the figure in the field, indicating a dedicatory or commemorative reference to the Arcadians. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show typical provincial patination with areas of dark green encrustation. |
