| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing right, depicted from a three-quarter rear perspective, a presentation style characteristic of later provincial bronzes. The imperial effigy displays the paludamentum draped over the left shoulder and the segmented cuirass visible at the shoulder. The obverse legend encircles the bust in Greek characters, identifying the emperor by his abbreviated titulature. The flan is irregular and the surface heavily patinated, rendering some details indistinct. |
