Reverse description Zeus Larasios, the principal deity of the local cult at Larasos near Tralles, enthroned and seated left upon an ornate throne. In his extended right hand he holds a Nike (Victory) figurine, and in his left hand a long sceptre. The composition is typical of seated deity types in Asia Minor provincial coinage. The Greek legend ΚΑΙϹΑΡΕΩΝ ΛΑΡΑϹΙΟϹ is distributed in the field around the figure, within a beaded border.
