| Obverse description | Draped and cuirassed laureate bust of Emperor Commodus facing right, wearing paludamentum over cuirass, with radiate wreath of laurel leaves clearly rendered despite heavy patination. The imperial effigy is rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Achaean civic bronzes, with the portrait occupying the majority of the flan. A partially legible Greek legend surrounds the bust in the field. |

| Reverse description | A triumphal arch depicted in frontal view, surmounted by three standing statues; each of the two lateral niches of the arch contains an additional standing figure, for a total of five statues. The architectural rendering is characteristic of provincial Achaean civic coinage of the Antonine period, emphasizing local monumentality. The reverse legend naming the Pagaeans is disposed around the type in the field. |
