| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, rendered in the vigorous provincial style characteristic of the Lydian conventus. The emperor's portrait exhibits closely cropped curly hair beneath the laurel wreath, with a short beard. The Greek imperial titulature encircles the bust within the fields, reading from upper right continuing around the left. |
