Beschrijving voorzijde Draped and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right, seen from the front, adorned with a taenia. The portrait is rendered in the typical provincial style of mid-third century Asia Minor, with the emperor's military attire clearly indicated by the cuirass and paludamentum. The Greek legend encircles the effigy along the periphery of the flan. The coin's surface shows heavy patination consistent with long burial, though the portrait's characteristic features remain discernible.

Beschrijving keerzijde Two inscribed prize crowns, each surmounted by upright palm branches, set upon a common rectangular basis or table. The crowns are rendered in typical provincial agonistic style, referencing the Pythian games held in Asia; this type commemorates the homonoia (concord) between Hierapolis in Phrygia and Smyrna, both proud neokorate cities. The multi-line Greek legend is distributed around and between the design elements, identifying the issuing cities and the contests. The overall composition is characteristic of the elaborate civic pride coinages of the Gallienic period in Asia Minor.
