Obverse description Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right, seen from the front, with the radiate crown rendered in bold relief. The imperial effigy is depicted in the typical provincial style of mid-third-century Bithynian coinage, with paludamentum fastened at the shoulder. The encircling Greek legend names the emperor with his full titulature, partially visible in the field around the bust.
