Obverse description Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right, depicted from the front with paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The radiate crown is rendered with pronounced spikes, characteristic of provincial bronze coinage of the joint reign period. A circular Greek legend surrounds the imperial effigy, running along the coin's border. The portrait exhibits the bold, somewhat stylised workmanship typical of Bithynian civic bronze issues of the mid-third century AD.
