Obverse description Laureate and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right, depicted from the front in the provincial style typical of Asia Minor civic coinage. The emperor's effigy displays military dress with pauldron detail. The encircling Greek legend names the emperor by his full titulature. The die work is characteristic of the Ephesian mint under the joint reign, with moderately high relief on an irregularly flan.
