| Beschrijving keerzijde | The goddess Isis is depicted standing to the left in full figure, clad in a long belted chiton with her characteristic knotted garment at the breast. She raises the sistrum in her right hand and holds a long sceptre in her left, attributes emblematic of her Egyptian cult. The figure is rendered in a formal, hieratic style consistent with provincial bronze coinage of Asia Minor. The encircling Greek dedicatory legend, naming the local magistrate Aelius Hermeias as prytanis, runs around the field. The coin's surface shows a dark brown patina with areas of wear consistent with circulation. |
