Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Trajan facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Bithynian coinage of the early 2nd century AD. The portrait displays the characteristic cropped hair and strong profile associated with Trajanic imperial imagery. A Greek legend surrounds the effigy, running along the periphery of the flan, abbreviating the emperor's full titulature including his epithets Optimus, Caesar, Augustus, Germanicus, and Dacicus.

The goddess is depicted in her martial aspect, a common reverse type on provincial bronzes of Bithynia. The ethnic legend ΠΡΟΥϹΑΕΩΝ is placed in the field or along the periphery, identifying the issuing city of Prusa ad Olympum.
