The trophy, composed of captured barbarian weapons and armour, alludes directly to his Dacian victories. His left hand rests upon a long spear. The scene is a powerful iconographic statement of imperial military triumph, well-suited to the honorific titulature ΔΑΚΙΚΟϹ.
