| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander facing right, the radiate crown rendered with clearly defined rays. The effigy displays typical provincial portrait conventions of the Severan period. The surrounding legend in Greek characters runs along the border of the flan. The coin exhibits green and brown patination consistent with prolonged burial, with the portrait details partially obscured by encrustation. |

| Reverse description | Full-length figure, tentatively identified as Tyche, standing facing left in long draped garment, extending a patera in the right hand and holding a long sceptre or cornucopiae in the left hand. The figure occupies the central field of the flan, with the ethnic legend inscribed to the right. A dotted border is partially visible along the rim. The reverse fabric is worn and encrusted, consistent with the obverse condition. |
