Reverse description Athena standing facing, head turned to the right, depicted in full figure at center of the field. The goddess holds a spear upright in her right hand and rests a large round shield on the ground with her left. She is attired in a long chiton and aegis, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Lydian civic coinage. The dedicatory legend of the magistrate Summachos is inscribed around the periphery in Greek characters, with a beaded border.
