| Obverse description | Laureate, cuirassed bust of Lucius Verus, draped with paludamentum, facing right and seen from the rear, presented in the military portrait style characteristic of early Antonine provincial coinage. The effigy displays the emperor in full martial attire, with the paludamentum fastened at the shoulder and visible over the cuirass. The peripheral Greek legend encircles the bust in the field. |
