| Obverse description | Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, her hair elaborately dressed and swept back in the characteristic Antonine fashion. The portrait is rendered in the provincial style typical of Phrygian civic coinage, with visible drapery folds over the shoulder. The Greek legend ΦΑΥϹΤΕΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ (Faustina Augusta) is disposed around the periphery of the flan. |

| Reverse description | The lunar deity Mên depicted standing facing, head turned to the right, wearing his characteristic Phrygian cap and with a crescent visible behind his shoulders. His right foot rests upon a bucranium (ox skull). He holds a long sceptre in one hand and a small cult statue in the other. The ethnic legend ΙοΥΛΙΕΩΝ appears in the field, identifying the issuing city of Iulia in Phrygia. The figure is rendered in the provincial artistic style common to Phrygian civic bronzes of the Antonine period. |
