Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate, draped bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of the Conventus of Miletus. The laureate wreath is visible atop the imperial effigy, with drapery over the left shoulder. The surrounding Greek legend begins at the upper left of the field and reads partially around the periphery. The flan is irregular and shows evidence of wear consistent with circulation.

Beschrijving keerzijde Apollo depicted standing facing, his head turned to the right, holding a plectrum in his extended right hand and a lyre cradled in his left. The figure is rendered in a classical provincial style, with the deity's attributes clearly associated with his role as god of music and the arts. The reverse legend, distributed around the periphery of the flan, identifies the deity by his local epithet and the issuing civic authority.
