| Obverse description | Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Caracalla facing right, depicted frontally with paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The imperial effigy is rendered in the typical provincial style of Asia Minor, with the laureate wreath clearly articulated. A Greek legend surrounds the bust, running along the periphery of the flan, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. |
