| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, depicted with characteristic short-cropped hair beneath the laurel wreath, the portrait rendered in the realist Trajanic style typical of Alexandrian provincial coinage. The effigy occupies the central field, with the surrounding Greek legend partially visible along the periphery. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hand-struck provincial bronzes of the period. |
