Obverse description Laureate head of Caracalla facing right, with a trace of drapery visible on the left shoulder. The effigy is rendered in the provincial style typical of the Conventus of Cibyra, with the laurel wreath clearly indicated around the head. The Greek imperial titulature legend runs around the periphery of the flan. The coin is heavily patinated and worn, with the portrait details partially obscured by encrustation.
