Obverse description Laureate head of Caracalla facing right, with a trace of drapery visible on the left shoulder. The effigy is rendered in the provincial style typical of the Conventus of Cibyra, with the laurel wreath clearly indicated around the head. The Greek imperial titulature legend runs around the periphery of the flan. The coin is heavily patinated and worn, with the portrait details partially obscured by encrustation.

Obverse lettering ΑΥ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΤΩΝΕΙ
(Translation: Emperor Caesar Antoninus)
Reverse description Apollo depicted standing, turned to the right, holding a plectrum in his extended right hand and a lyre in his left; a tree or tall plant element is visible to the left of the figure. The type follows a common civic reverse convention for the region, associating the city of Hydrela with the Apolline cult. The ethnic legend of the Hydrelites encircles the field, partially legible around the periphery despite heavy wear and corrosion.
