| Obverse description | Veiled and draped bust of Boule facing right, depicted as a personification of the civic council, with a veil drawn over the head and falling in folds behind the neck. The portrait is rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Asia Minor civic coinage under the Severan dynasty. A dotted border frames the field. The legend ΙΕΡΑ ΒΟΥΛΗ appears in the field, identifying the personification as the Sacred Council. |
