| Descrizione del dritto | Diademed and draped bust of Otacilia Severa facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Phrygian civic coinage of the mid-third century AD. The empress is depicted with her characteristic centrally-parted hair and diadem, her drapery visible at the shoulder. The obverse legend in Greek characters surrounds the effigy, identifying the subject as Marcia Otacilia Severa, consort of Philip I. The flan shows surface roughness consistent with heavy patination, obscuring finer detail. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Homonoia type reverse featuring two laurel wreaths arranged side by side in the field, each enclosing a single Greek letter: Π (Pi) on the left and Ο (Omicron) on the right, serving as abbreviations symbolising the concordia between the cities of Hierapolis and Ephesus. The surrounding circular legend in Greek proclaims the neokorate status of both cities and the alliance (Homonoia) between them. The heavy patination across the reverse renders the design largely illegible in the image, though the type is well-attested in the numismatic literature for this civic coinage series. |
