The goddess appears helmeted and robed, rendered in a stiff, hieratic pose consistent with cult image representations on provincial coinage. The ethnic legend ΜΗΛΙΩΝ, genitive plural identifying the issuing community of the Melians, is inscribed in the field to the left and right of the figure.
