Reverse description Zeus Lydios depicted standing to the left in full figure, draped, holding an eagle in his extended right hand and a long sceptre in his left. The deity is rendered in the conventional provincial Greek style associated with the Lydian cult of Zeus. A circular Greek legend, naming the magistrate responsible for the issue, runs around the periphery of the flan. The reverse legend notably features a Rho (Ρ) rendered in the form of the Sogdian letter Ϸ, a distinctive epigraphic peculiarity of this issue.
