| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Quietus facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the front, with the radiate crown emphasizing his imperial status. The portrait displays the characteristic style of provincial bronze coinage of Bithynia, with visible paludamentum and cuirass detailing.
