附加信息	Corinth's provincial bronze issues under Hadrian coincide almost exactly with his well-documented tour of Greece, during which he visited the city — still a Roman colony rather than a Greek polis in any meaningful administrative sense — and cultivated its position as a showcase of Roman-Hellenic synthesis. The city had been razed by Mummius in 146 BC and refounded by Caesar in 44 BC, meaning Hadrian was patronizing an entirely Roman urban foundation dressed in Greek architectural memory.
