Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, with paludamentum visible over the left shoulder as seen from the front. The effigy is rendered in the characteristic Roman provincial style, with the laurel wreath clearly articulated around the head. The encircling legend is disposed around the bust in Latin capitals. The flan shows the typical irregular fabric of a provincially struck bronze, with residual reddish patina visible across the field.
