Pagae was a minor Megarian port town on the Gulf of Corinth, and its civic bronze issues under Commodus are among the least documented of all Achaean provincial coinage. The reference IV.1#7868 places this within the standard corpus, but surviving specimens are rare enough that die studies remain incomplete.
