| Obverse description | Draped bust of the personified Roman Senate facing right, depicted as a mature male figure with a veiled or wreathed head. The legend ΙΕΡΑ ϹΥΝΚΛΗΤΟϹ (Sacred Senate) encircles the effigy in Greek characters. The bust is rendered in the provincial style typical of the Conventus of Sardis during the Severan period. The flan shows moderate wear and surface patination consistent with circulation use. |

| Reverse description | Tyche standing left, wearing a mural crown, holding ears of grain in her right hand and a rudder and cornucopia in her left. The figure is rendered in the typical provincial Anatolian style of the Severan era. The encircling Greek legend references the magistrate Timotheos and the city of Traianopolis. The field shows heavy patination and mild die wear but the main iconographic elements remain discernible. |
