| 背面描述 | Athena standing left in full figure, helmeted and clad in aegis over a long chiton, extending her right hand to present a Nike and resting her left hand upon a large round shield set at her side. The goddess is depicted in a static, frontal provincial style characteristic of Mysian civic coinage. The encircling Greek legend naming the strategus and the ethnic of the Adramythenians runs around the periphery of the field. |

Adramyteum, a coastal city in Mysia, held enough civic pride — and enough cash — to strike bronze under Caracalla while he still shared the throne with Septimius Severus. The magistrate name partially preserved in the obverse legend, Delphi(kos), is otherwise poorly attested, and the title's precise civic role within the conventus administration remains debated among specialists.
