| Obverse description | Diademed head of Zeus Olympios facing right, with faint traces of drapery visible at the truncation. The portrait is rendered in the provincial Greek style characteristic of Lydian civic coinage, with a bold, slightly archaic quality. The circular Greek legend surrounds the bust within the coin's field, partially legible due to die wear and the coin's irregular flan. The surface exhibits an olive-brown patina with areas of reddish cuprite, consistent with extended burial. |

| Reverse description | Helmeted figure of Roma seated to the left upon a cuirass and shield, her right hand extending a small Nike and her left hand resting on a sword or sceptre. The composition follows a well-established provincial iconographic type associating the city of Maeonia with Rome's military prestige. The Greek magistrate's legend, naming the eponymous official, encircles the type in the field. The overall strike is slightly off-centre, with the reverse showing characteristic flatness on the higher relief elements. |
