Reverse description Three prize crowns (agonistic crowns) arranged in a row, each set upon a base; the central crown is adorned with two palm fronds while the flanking crowns each bear a single palm frond. Inscriptions appear on or within each crown identifying the respective games or honours. The composition is typical of Bithynian civic coinage celebrating local agonistic festivals under the joint reign of Valerian and Gallienus.
