| Obverse description | Draped bust of the deified Senate personified, facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of the Trajanic period. The effigy is depicted with curling hair and draped shoulders, occupying the central field. The circular legend ΘΕΟΝ ϹΥΝΚΛΗΤΟΝ runs around the bust, identifying the subject as the divine Senate. The overall style is consistent with civic bronze coinage of the Conventus of Pergamum. |

| Reverse description | The xoanon-style cult statue of Artemis Ephesia stands facing front in the centre of the field, rendered in the characteristic rigid, mummy-like form with multiple rows of pendants or ova on the torso and lateral supports flanking the body. A stag stands to the left and another to the right of the statue, serving as the goddess's sacred animals. The encircling legend ΕΠΙ ϹΤΡΑΤΗ ΘΕΟΦΑΝΟΥ distributed around the periphery names the local magistrate Theophanes as strategos under whose authority the coin was issued. |
