| Obverse description | Veiled and draped bust of Boule facing right, rendered in typical provincial style with veil falling over the shoulders. The legend ΙΕΡΑ ΒΟΥΛΗ (Sacred Council) is disposed around the bust within a dotted border. The coin shows evidence of a later piercing at the left edge, suggesting secondary use as a pendant or ornament. The style is characteristic of the Phrygian civic bronze issues of the Severan period. |
