| Beschrijving voorzijde | Radiate and draped bust of Apollo Lairbenos facing right, depicted in the local Anatolian syncretic tradition of the deity worshipped at Hierapolis in Phrygia. The radiating crown — unusual for a deity portrait — emphasizes the solar character of Lairbenos. The Greek legend ΛΑΙΡΒΗΝΟϹ encircles the bust in the field, identifying the divinity by his regional epithet. The die work is characteristic of the provincial bronze coinage of the Conventus of Cibyra under Philip I. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A large laurel wreath occupies the central field, its tied base visible at the bottom, enclosing a multi-line Greek inscription arranged in several horizontal lines. The outer legend ΙΕΡΑΠΟΛΕΙΤΩΝ runs around the periphery, while ΠΥΘΙΑ appears within or alongside the wreath, commemorating the Pythian games celebrated by the city of Hierapolis. This agonistic reverse type is typical of Phrygian civic bronzes issued to celebrate local festival games during the reign of Philip I. |
